As a 70+ year old mere male, starting to feel the inevitable effects of age, I grudgingly agreed to try Pilates at the suggestion of my wife. I thought, "surely Pilates is not something blokes do!"

It was suggested I do Pilates to assist with injuries to my shoulder and hip. I did a couple of sessions and found the exercises assisted greatly with stretching and strengthening without the after burn often associated with other forms of exercise. I now go once or twice a week. Anne is calm and relaxed and provides great support with technique. Those little changes can make a big difference with each exercise. As a secondary benefit I have also noticed that Pilates has assisted me to breath and relax.
Anne has also completed a routine that we can follow when we are unable to attend sessions when we go away for winter holidays. I would certainly recommend Pilates with Anne to anyone of any age or fitness level as results will come with regular attendance. - Diane MacKenzie (the mere male's wife!)

I have had private lessons with Anne since she started up Mountain Pilates and I can't recommend her highly enough. She takes time to assess the individual needs of her clients and develops a programme to suit. Over the years I have felt my strength, balance and flexibility improve. I know that Pilates has helped me to stay relatively injury free and, when I have had niggles and aches, Anne has helped me to overcome them.
I've also been to circuit Pilates and some workshops which have also been fun and even in a class situation I felt Anne had her eye on all her students.
