Studio Pilates - Semi Private: Studio Pilates uses the Pilates equipment and will give you a highly personalised program to work with. Ideal for those of you with specific movement needs or goals (perhaps you are injured, pregnant or training for an event). Classes are held in a semi-private setting with a maximum of 4 participants.
To get started with Studio Pilates, we begin with an individual assessment and at least two private classes. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your goals, then design and deliver a tailored program that is specific to your goals and needs. It also ensures you are comfortable and safe using the Pilates equipment.

Private Pilates Classes: Private Pilates classes are a brilliant way to focus on your specific needs and goals in a one on one setting. Excellent for rebuilding strength and technique for those returning to exercise following a break or use it to compliment your existing Pilates or other movement practise.
