Mountain Pilates operates in Bright in Victoria's High Country.
Anne first started Pilates on a friend’s recommendation. Amazed with how it eased her neck and lower back pain and intrigued by the way it connected mind and body she qualified as a Mat Instructor in 2011. This was followed up with the comprehensive Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction in 2017, with Polestar Pilates Australia – a nationally accredited course of more than 500hrs of learning.
Continually striving to bring you creative Pilates classes of the highest calibre, Anne loves going to conferences, workshops and liaising with other Pilates professionals.
Anne is passionate about sharing the knowledge and skills to make lasting changes through a positive movement experience based on the principles of Pilates. Recognising that everyone is unique and teaching to the individual, her deliberate and focussed teaching style encourages clients to build awareness and connection to their body. When she’s not doing Pilates, there is good chance you'll find Anne in the hills around Bright riding, walking or skiing!
Anne is a member of the Pilates Alliance Australia, and holds a current level 2 first aid certificate, and Working with Children Check.
