Mountain Pilates operates in Bright and Myrtleford, in Victoria's High Country.

Anne started Pilates on a friend’s recommendation. Amazed with how it eased her neck and lower back pain and intrigued by the way it connected mind and body she qualified as a Mat Instructor in 2011. She followed up with the comprehensive Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction in 2017, with Polestar Pilates Australia – a national accredited course of more than 500hrs of learning. She loves going to conferences, workshops and liaising with other Pilates instructors and is continually striving to bring you creative Pilates classes of the highest calibre. She is passionate about sharing with people the knowledge and skills to improve their bodies through positive movement based on the principles and foundations of Pilates.  When she’s not doing Pilates, you may find her in the hills around Bright riding, walking or skiing.

​Anne is a member of the Pilates Alliance Australia, and holds a current level 2 first aid certificate, and working with children check.
